For the Creative Arts Guild's October cooking class, Culinary Arts Instructor and Chef Jasa Joseph will introduce some new and exciting ways to prepare dishes using fresh, local and seasonal produce.
Fall is harvest time and that means an abundance of locally-grown vegetables and fruits picked at peak freshness and bursting with flavor and vitamins. Using produce so naturally flavorful makes complicated sauces and overpowering seasonings needless. Instead, Joseph prefers to let the freshness and flavor of the food speak for itself and will demonstrate for the class how to create a simple and delicious fall meal. Class size is limited.
