The Northwest Whit-field High School 45th annual Homecoming festivities are this week, culminating with a football game against LaFayette High School on Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Bruin Stadium.
Twenty young ladies have been selected by their peers to represent each class. These ladies will be presented by senior football escorts at a school-wide assembly today at 8:30 a.m. One senior representative will be crowned Homecoming queen during halftime of the football game.
Past Homecoming queens planning to attend are Susan Miller (1979), Michelle King (1989), Erin Callahan Ledford (1999), Maryann Gutierrez (2009) and Autumn Thompson (2018).
Bruin alumni, families and friends are invited to join the celebrations.
