• David Ray Adams, 44, 1418 Peak Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield county Sheriff’s Office with DUI and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

• Korey Daniel Clark, 20, 6 N. Crest Road, Chattanooga, was charged Thursday by the Varnell Police Department with DUI under 21, affray (fighting) and an open container violation.

• Derek Dewayne Crider, 38, 270 Windward Way, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Adam Lamar Harrington, 36, 2351 Highway 52 Alternate, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of tools for the commission of a crime, tampering with evidence and conspiracy to commit a felony.

• Charles Mitchell Haught Jr., 35, 21 Ginger Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Eton Police Department with an open container violation, DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked license, fleeing/attempting to elude police, probation violation and giving false information to a law enforcement officer.

• James David Holder, 39, 1131 Bishop Road-B, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by an outside agency with felony probation violation.

• Christopher Alexander Johnson, 25, 48 Kay Drive, Ringgold, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Noah Cole Perdue, 21, 268 England Road, Delano, Tenn., was charged Thursday by the Chatsworth Police Department with a brake lights violation, possession of drug-related objects, an open container violation and purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana.

• Mario A. Sandoval-Sayez, 50, 4646 Tibbs Bridge Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with cruelty to children (criminal negligence).

• Linda Gail Mulkey, 38, 134 Turnbuckle Way-9, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with crossing a guard line with drugs without consent, possession of meth, DUI (drugs), possession of tools for the commission of a crime, a safety belt violation, a headlights violation, a taillights violation, a windshield violation and a tag light violation.
