Recent arrests from Whitfield and Murray counties.

• Joshua Troy Southern, 28, 2190 Leonard Bridge Road-A, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony parole violation and misdemeanor failure to appear. 

• Kimberly Diane Jones, 38, 1766 Spring Place-Smyrna Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects. 

• Billy Lee McRae, 39, 350 Caylor Road, Crandall, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with four counts of felony party to a crime and driving while license is suspended or revoked. 

• Jermaine Earl Ricks, 40, 324 Mercer Drive, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by state probation with felony probation violation.

• Jaime Vernell Tilley, 35, 997 Old Cottonmill Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale or intent to sell marijuana, possession of meth, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, child support violation and use of communication facilities in drug transactions.

• Michelle Zell, 29, 126 Parkwood Ave., Waverly, Tenn., was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear. 

• Lunice Ray Frazier, 56, 429 Willowdale Road, Dalton, was placed on hold at the Whitfield County jail as a fugitive from justice (Indiana, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon).

• Therese Geraldene McNabb, 62, 913 Lamontville Road, Decatur, Tenn., was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession/purchase/manufacture/distribute/sell of counterfeit substances with intent to distribute, possession of drugs not in the original container, DUI (drugs), failure to maintain lane and possession/purchase/manufacture/distribute or sale of marijuana.

• Charles Sanders Smith, 64, 1075 Ringgold Road, Ringgold, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, obstruction of an officer, open container violation and possession of contraband across guardlines.
