• Rocky Lee Deal, 33, 205 Hardin Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation. 

• Stephen Jerome Jr., 28, 695 Tilton Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with possession to distribute meth, possession of meth, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, operating motor vehicle while registration suspended, revoked or canceled. 

 • Eric Jordan Kerr, 23, 2504 Bee Fescee Place, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation. 

• Misty Jill Lindsey, 39, 190 Town Creek, Calhoun, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with possession of a Schedule 4 drug and possession of marijuana.

• Carranza Casamiro Martinez, 39, 506 Dug Gap Road, Dalton, was held at the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). 

• Kenneisha Hildre Parham, 36, 3136 Northland Drive, Louisville, Ky., was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of a Schedule 2 drug, possession of marijuana, drug-related item and failure to maintain lane. 

• Tia Sue Richardson, 35, 300 N. Fifth Ave.,-2, Crandall, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with two counts of felony probation violation.

 • Jacqueline Shipman, 47, 4305 Bass McHan Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with possession to distribute meth, use of communication facilities in drug transactions, possession of meth and tools for the commission of a crime burglary.

 • Gregory David Stephens, 48, 1060 Echee Road, Ten Mile, Tenn., was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation, aggravated assault, two counts of felony failure to appear, terroristic threats and acts, battery (family violence), kidnapping and false imprisonment.

• Miguel A. Valladares, 17, 1607 Beechland Circle, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with sexual battery against a child.

• George Louis Betancourt, 24, 408 Old Cottonwood Mill Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, driving when lighted headlights or other lights required and driving without a valid license.

• Angel Jesse Cazares, 17, 922 Avenue F-2, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of marijuana. 

• Joel Kevin Clayton, 28, 115 Cox Road -5, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with possession of meth.

 • David Wayne Coker, 40, 2134 Lawson Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• John Dorse, 34, 294 Whipoorwill Lane, Calhoun, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation. 

• Herbert Lester Herr, 30, no address listed, was charged Saturday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of marijuana public drunkenness.

• Jason Jesus Jaramillo, 31, 211 Holcombs Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with possession of marijuana and no insurance.

• Hannah Rebecca McFalls, 36, 570 Deer Trail, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with terroristic threats and acts and simple assault.

• Reyna Carolina Ramirez, 20, 2827 S. Rotherford Ave., Murfreesboro, Tenn., was charged Saturday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of marijuana, possession and use of drug-related objects and permitting an unlicensed person to drive. 

 • Breasia Jomyra Sams, 20, 2625 Scarlett Oak Court, Knoxville, Tenn., was charged Saturday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of marijuana, DUI, possession of a drug-related item, speeding and driving without a valid license.

 • Kalem Ray Weaver, 58, 925 Old Dalton Ellijay Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and improper lane change/failure to maintain lane.
