This month for our Patron Spotlight, we chatted with Linda Burchell, local community garden enthusiast and friend to all of us here at the Dalton-Whitfield County Public Library. We got to ask Miss Linda a few questions regarding her favorite ways to use the library, and here is what she told us.

Question: How do you use the library?

Burchell: Social interaction, tax filing, reading and checking out movies.

Q: What do you like most about visiting the library?

Burchell: The circulation department is always helpful with my needs.

Q: Why is the library important to you?

Burchell: So much is available to the public.

Q: What is your favorite book of all time?

Burchell: The holy Bible.

We really enjoy our visits with Miss Linda every time she comes in. It is a wonderful opportunity to form bonds of friendship and community with our "frequent fliers" through our interactions at the front desk.

We hope you enjoyed this glimpse of one of our own patrons, and we look forward to talking to you as well during your next visit to the Dalton-Whitfield County Public Library.
