• Daisy Ariana Carter, 17, 2015 Waterloo Drive S.E., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with terroristic threats and acts.

• Tina Dean, 54, 1001 W. Mulberry St., Salem, Indiana, was charged Thursday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of cocaine and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Christopher Earl Drake, 43, 45 Johnson Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by state probation with felony probation violation.

• Kenneth Wayne Ellinger, 60, 1005 Park Canyon Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with misdemeanor stalking and two counts of second-degree criminal damage to property.

• Richard Dale Etchie, 44, 20 Jennifer Lynn Lane, Ringgold, was charged Thursday by state probation with felony probation violation.

• Tory Kyle Fowler, 28, 684 Old Summerville Road, Rome, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation.

• Kevin Michael Holsomback, 48, 544 Redwine Cove Road S.W., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with possession of meth, two counts of felony probation violation, possession of drug-related objects, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and parole violation.

• David Alan Lowery, 61, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth, misdemeanor failure to appear and crossing guard line with drugs without consent.

• Charles Andrew McNeil, 41, 628 Pine Oaks Drive, Tunnel Hill, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with fugitive from justice (warrant from Florida).

• William Blake Quiroz, 30, 442 Fog Road, Resaca, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation.

• Kenneth Eugene Sarles, 48, Cordele, was charged Thursday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of cocaine, violation of a family violence order, driving without insurance, driving with a suspended or revoked license, operating a motor vehicle without the proper tag or decal and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Mark Lee Seitz, 60, Cordele, was charged Thursday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of cocaine and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Johnathan Wesley Stafford, 32, 3757 Old Federal Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony theft by taking/larceny.

• Oscar Perez-Chavez, 25, 202 High Mountain Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
