• Marty Rodrigues Broome, 45, 1006 Nelson St., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with hunting without a license, hunting big game without a license, hunting without fluorescent orange and receipt, possession or transfer of a firearm by a convicted felon or felony first offender.

• William Hayes McCullough, 56, 1430 Bishop Pond Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with furnishing or purchasing of alcoholic beverages by persons below legal age and receipt, possession or transfer of a firearm by a convicted felon or felony first offender.

• Karter Thomas McHan, 20, 393 Old Federal Road N., Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with furnishing or purchasing alcoholic beverages by persons below legal age and receipt, possession or transfer of a firearm by a convicted felon or felony first offender.

• Jesse Raymond Bates III, 35, 505 W. Walnut Ave., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony failure to appear.

• Richard Lee Hall, 46, 1106 Anemone Way, Acworth, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (drugs) and failure to maintain lane.

• Robert Linson, 58, 3820 Old Cascade Road-L4, Atlanta, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with third-degree forgery (check).

• Christopher Earl Watkins, 33, 138 Hester Circle, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with felony theft by taking/larceny and misdemeanor theft by deception.

• Leslie Keith Nichols Jr., 37, 1487 Smyrna Church Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation.

• April Dawn Palacio, 48, 243 Blanchard Way, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation, trafficking in meth, possession of meth and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Jason Lamar Patton, 40, 4115 Dog Legg Drive, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with possession of meth, possession of a schedule 2 drug, possession and use of drug-related objects, operating a vehicle without proper tag or decal, failure to maintain lane and driving without insurance.
