Area Arrests for Feb. 13

• Jeffery Keith Dunn, 35, 164 Hall Drive, LaFayette, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with second-degree criminal damage to private property.

• Jose Eackles, 29, 905 S. Hamilton St., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated stalking, simple battery (family violence), and criminal trespass.

• Ramon Garcia, 36, 1401 Valley Way, Tunnel Hill, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with driver's failure to exercise due care (proper use of phones and radios), three counts of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting, three counts of conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor and three counts of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Andra Ahmad Greenwade, 37, 203 Foster Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with simple assault (family violence), simple battery (family violence), misdemeanor stalking and two counts of second-degree criminal damage to private property.

• Cortney Jo Gregory, 36, 53 Buford Ridley Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with two counts of felony failure to appear.

• Anthony Lavan Jackson, 52, 610 Oxford St., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with two counts of felony probation violation.

• Eddie Meraz, 25, 115 Altamont Ave., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by state probation with felony parole violation.

• Kevin Lynn Odom, 41, 4041 Keith Valley Road N.E., Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation.

• Bradley Dwayne Sitton, 35, 611 R&J St., Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession and use of drug-related objects; receipt, possession or transfer of a firearm by a convicted felon or felony first offender probationer; possession of meth with the intent to distribute; trafficking in meth or amphetamine and misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Joshua David Stanley, 41, 1200 Fairway Drive, Cleveland, Tennessee, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with possession of meth and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Henry Lee Stover, 54, 143 W. Wright St.-A, Winder, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation.
