• Odie Dwain Ellis, 39, 13123 Highway 225 N.-J, Crandall, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with aggravated assault (family violence).

• Michael Richard Moore, 41, 903 Grandfield Place-5, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with burglary.

• Braulio Padilla-Herrera, 23, 2436 Waring Road N.W., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with first-degree criminal damage to business property, misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers and duty upon striking an unattended vehicle.

• Nathan Brad Roberts, 42, 206 Brandon Circle-11, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with killing deer at night, hunting without a license, unlawful use of bear bait and hunting big game without a license.

• Daniel Joseph Usrey, 40, 105 Patricia Ave., Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation.

• Jeffrey Vaughn, 46, 1403 Adona Lane, Chattanooga, was charged Saturday by the Varnell Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• Crystal Michelle Broome, 48, 246 Dobie St., Tunnel Hill, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI (drugs) and failure to maintain lane.

• Blanca Elia Cantu, 50, 1003 Park Canyon Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and speeding.

• Danny Lester Duncan, 39, 116 Willowdale Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault (other, weapon) and misdemeanor possession of drug-related objects.

• Lorenzo Hernandez, 57, 6507 Thunderbird Drive, Nashville, Tennessee, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, a tire violation, failure to maintain lane and duty upon striking a fixed object.

• Cesar Antonio Morales, 18, 423 Sheridan Ave., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI under age 21, texting while driving, failure to stop at a stop sign and furnishing, purchase or possession of alcohol by a minor.

• Andrew Cartier Parris, 23, 5789 Marbet Road, Lithonia, was charged Sunday by the Varnell Police Department with first-degree forgery.
