• Joseph Evan Bailey, 39, 218 Rhine Road, Rocky Face, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Paul Arthur Bowler, 61, 1866 Raburn Road N.E., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Eric Martin Bunch, 38, 206 Shady Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Donald Henry Chastain, 28, 2612 Roberts Ave., Dalton, was charged Monday by state probation with felony parole violation.

• Jennifer Leigh Fowler, 50, 1106 Brookwood Lane-27, Dalton, was charged Monday by state probation with felony probation violation.

• Phillip Joseph Hall, 56, 4063 Keith Valley Road, Cohutta, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation and misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers.

• Danielle Nicole King, 27, 206 Lawman Lane, Tunnel Hill, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with criminal damage to property in the first degree.

• Mark Medrano, 25, 215 Goldenrod Lane, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony parole violation.

• Charles Joshua Nelms, 37, 876 Manis Road N.E., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Terry Pitts, 38, 2828 Gregory Place-E4, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects and misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

• Raj Roberson, 22, 156 Roycrest Way, Resaca, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with criminal damage to property in the first degree.

• Tristian Anthony Seigler, 23, 1932 Riverbend Road, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of a schedule 4 drug, possession and use of drug-related objects, misdemeanor failure to appear, misdemeanor probation violation and giving false information to a law officer.

• Bradley Lee Welch, 29, 1101 Manley Road, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault (family violence) and simple battery (family violence).

• Chaz Hunter West, 21, 1114 Boone Ford Road, Calhoun, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Edgar Eberardo Alaniz, 45, 113 Hill St., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth and misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Carey Lee Brock, 44, 269 W. Nance Springs Road-1, Resaca, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated stalking, possession of a schedule 4 drug and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Brittani Nicole Curl, 29, 411 Meeting St.-3, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Jordan Marquez Griffin, 18, 2315 Sir Lancelot Place-205, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Travis Gerald Maddox, 28, 413 Hill Road-2, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by state probation with felony probation violation.

• Rebecca Lyn Miller, 35, 52 Drew Lane, Tunnel Hill, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of a schedule 3, 4 or 5 drug with intent to distribute.

• Cristian Gerson Molina, 21, 622 Fourth Ave.-2, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Sherry Denise Thomas, 48, 620 Fifth Ave.-28, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Devin Andrew Walden, 22, 4430 E. Nance Springs Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with burglary in the first degree.
