• Ulysses Garcia, 18, 1312 Stevenson Drive, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by state probation with felony probation violation.

• David Lynn Gunter, 34, 1453 Holly Creek Cool Springs Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by state probation with felony probation violation.

• Kaylyn Suzette Hales, 30, 1886 Loving Road, Zion's Crossroads, Virginia, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with possession of meth.

• Joel Hernandez Jr., 29, 501 Cedar Ridge Road S.E., Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation.

• Robert Cody Jones, 27, 68 Hoyt Drive, Crandall, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with possession of meth.

• James Harold Leamon, 60, 412 Old Apison Road, Cohutta, was charged Wednesday by the Varnell Police Department with possession of meth and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

• Mitchell Lee Olin, 24, 711 Lance St.-1, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with armed robbery (residence, gun).

• Jason Courtney Pell, 45, 130 Hillview Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Wednesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with felony probation violation.

• Charles Danny Swanson, 60, 715 Keith Drive, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of meth and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Pablo Madrigal-Guerrero, 27, 211 Goldenrod Lane, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with felony probation violation.

• Consuelo Gail Witherow, 27, 470 Maddox Mill Road S.E., Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of meth and possession and use of drug-related objects.
