Area Arrests for June 6

• Freddie Hamilton Jr., 35, 973 Center Hill Church Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of marijuana, possession and use of drug-related objects, obstruction of an officer, disorderly conduct and terroristic threats and acts.

• Heather Nicole Lovingood, 31, 238 Charlotte Drive N.W., Dalton, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession of a schedule 2 drug, possession and use of drug-related objects, possession of a firearm during the commission or attempt to commit certain felonies and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or felony first offender.

• Jose Juan Arizmendi-Santana, 22, 500 Martha Sue Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault, battery (family violence) and misdemeanor criminal trespass.

• Anthony Dewayne Cloer, 38, Richmond Hill, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by taking, burglary, criminal trespass and criminal damage to property in the second degree.

• Jorge Alberto Gonzalez, 42, 1547 Margaret Circle, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and simple assault.

• Rennada Happe, 39, 497 E. Cleveland St., Apopka, Florida, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Ricky Glenn Killian, 55, 209 April St., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth and felony probation violation.

• Rocky Deal Killian, 54, 209 April St., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth with intent to distribute and by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony parole violation.

• Tiffany Juanett London, 38, 207 Bogle St., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, felony probation violation, possession and use of drug-related objects, giving false information to a law officer and misdemeanor probation violation.

• Christopher Eugene Putnam, 32, 387 Fashion Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by state probation with two counts of felony probation violation.

• Shonta Nichole Stapleton, 39, 211 N. Bogle St., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule 4 drug, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of meth and possession of tools for the commission of a crime and by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with trafficking in cocaine, sale of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of meth.

• Joshua Bryan Swinney, 29, 1433 Walker Road-6, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Cody Alexander Truelove, 18, 232 Sprague Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts.

• Jessica Erin Wells, 37, 618 Fourth Ave., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth and felony probation violation.

• Jamie Albarran Real, 31, 903 Croy Drive, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Georgia State Patrol with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer for a felony offense, open container violation, driving while license is suspended or revoked, improper lane change/failure to maintain lane and failure to yield while turning left.

• James Ronald Williams, 38, homeless, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth and misdemeanor probation violation.
