Area Arrests for Nov. 26

• Timothy River Bishop, 21, 211 Dogwood Lane, Tunnel Hill, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with possession of a schedule 2 drug.

• Amalio Gonzalez, 29, 38 E. Rogers St., Hartford, Wisconsin, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with DUI.

• Cleaven Gordon, 49, 209 E. Wilson St., Villa Rica, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault, first-degree cruelty to children, battery (family violence) and criminal trespass (damage of $500 or less).

• Joshua Kenneth Halfacre, 25, 608 Silver Circle, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation.

• Garrett Grayson Hall, 42, 202 Auburn Drive-2, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation.

• Daniel Allen Hayes, 39, 1807 Wendell St., Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with possession of meth and possession of a schedule 2 drug.

• Keon Malik Petty, 19, 100 Talley Road-234, Chattanooga, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with DUI (drugs), misdemeanor willful obstruction of law officers, failure to yield when entering intersection and failure to maintain lane.

• Cristobal Rodriguez, 26, 155 Scott Lance Way, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, open container violation and improper stopping/parking on roadway.

• Brittney Mishea Thomas, 29, 126 Welch Way, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation and by the Dalton Police Department with misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Robert Michael Deel, 33, 1403 Peggy Lane, Tunnel Hill, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with false imprisonment, aggravated assault, simple battery (family violence) and terroristic threats and acts.

• Jose Antonio Valles, 34, 1901 Bobby Drive, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with false imprisonment, simple assault (family violence), third-degree cruelty to children, criminal trespass (damage of $500 or less) and obstructing an emergency call.
