Area Arrests for Nov. 11

• Kristin Nicole Vaughn, 24, 161 Upland Way, Resaca, was charged Thursday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of meth, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and loitering and prowling.

• Daniel Anderson, 41, 55 Dogwood Estates, Pell City, Alabama, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with misdemeanor shoplifting, criminal trespass (damage of $500 0r less) and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Angela Michelle Bailey, 47, 816 Shugart Road-A4, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with use of communication facilities in a drug transaction and sale of a schedule 3, 4 or 5 drug.

• Rachel Catherine Ellison, 30, 342 Keith St.-15, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with two counts of felony probation violation.

• Dustin Patrick Jenkins, 26, 1506 Cardinal Way, Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear.

• John Clifford Price, 52, 1608 Keys Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Mica Paul Ritter, 28, 3934 Shelton Drive, Resaca, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of tools for the commission of crime, sale of or intent to sell marijuana and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• David Eugene Schmitt Sr., 55, 214 Butler Way, Cohutta, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with three counts of felony probation violation.

• Suzanne Renee Stanco, 57, 1085 Orchard Way, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with DUI (multiple substances), an open container violation, failure to maintain lane and improper lane change or usage.

• Rogelio Omar Zapata, 44, 310 Audrey Lane, Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with DUI and following too closely.

• Regina Pacheco, 22, 109 Abilene Trail, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with DUI (controlled substance present in blood or urine) and failure to maintain lane.
