• Aaron Daniel Baker, 27, 100 Metter Lane, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear.

• Julie Shai Cantrell, 43, 806 N. Sixth Ave.-12, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with possession of meth and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Joseph Quinn Goforth, 32, 532 Brown Farm Road, Calhoun, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with felony failure to appear.

• Jarrod Blake Green, 33, 932 Avenue F-2, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Jeremiah Mark Griffin, 31, 2036 Ballground Road-223, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects, felony probation violation and driving without insurance.

• Calvin Elliotte Henshaw, 40, 613 Oxford St., Dalton, was charged Monday by state probation with felony parole violation.

• Jacob Brett Manley, 23, 181 Holly Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Monday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with possession and use of drug-related objects, discharge of a weapon on or near a public highway or street, pedestrian under the influence, misdemeanor willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission or attempt to commit certain felonies and possession of meth.

• Jose Gabriel Martell, 25, 200 Woodmont Lane, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault.

• Simon Martell-Lopez, 20, 200 Woodmont Lane, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault and misdemeanor terroristic threats and acts.

• Marcus Vincent McCray, 33, 4135 Vaughn Road, Chattanooga, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with use of communication facilities in drug transactions and felony attempt or conspiracy to violate Georgia’s Controlled Substances Act.

• Rodrick Jamar Merritt, 23, 6469 Swift Creek Road, Lithonia, was charged Monday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by taking and financial transaction card fraud.

• James Byron Stewart, 28, 16 Hazelnut Drive, Ringgold, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with exploiting or depriving services to disabled adults, elder persons and residents, terroristic threats and acts, and battery (family violence).

• Daniel Eliseo Zepeda-Nieto, 26, 321 Straight St.-2, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault and giving false information to a law officer.

• Oscar Andres, 24, 165 Lakewood Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Cohutta Police Department with DUI, open container violation, failure to maintain lane, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

• Walter W. Burton, 41, 270 Wright Lane, Georgetown, Tennessee, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, trafficking in meth, failure to maintain lane, driving while license is suspended or revoked and view obstructed.

• Wendell Oliver Corn, 47, 4274 Keith Valley Road N.E., Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth.

• Nicole Cronan, 19, 4302 Cronan Drive, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Cohutta Police Department with possession and use of drug-related objects and misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Hunter McBee, 21, 344 Strain Road, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Cohutta Police Department with DUI (drugs) and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Quincy Eugene Myers, 38, 516 Parkside Place-40, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth and felony probation violation.

• Savannah Michelle Rearden, 26, 2223 Chimney Hills Drive, Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, trafficking in meth and permitting an unlicensed person to drive.
