• Andrew Craig Beavers, 28, 216 Capitol Way, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated stalking and violation of a family violence order.

• Carlos Cabanas-Garcia, 42, 1317 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was placed on hold Thursday by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at the Whitfield County Jail.

• Duvaughn Ajauni Clarke, 21, 1918 Heathcliff Drive-3, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton State College Police Department with possession of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of crime and possession, manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.

• Arturo Adrian Clavel, 24, 110 Markingham Way, Dalton, was charged Thursday by state probation with felony probation violation.

• Orville Lee Clayton, 49, 123 Creekside Drive-3, Calhoun, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with possession of meth, possession and use of drug-related objects and possession of tools for the commission of crime.

• Natalia Kathleen Cline, 27, 500 Brittney Place-1, Dalton, was charged Thursday by state probation violation with felony probation violation.

• Kayla Dale Dickinson, 28, homeless, Dalton, was charged Thursday by state probation with felony probation violation.

• Brandi Nicole Garcia, 33, 115 Briarwood Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony failure to appear.

• Fernando Gonzalez-Gil, 30, 208 Shadowdale Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with aggravated assault (other weapon) and battery (family violence).

• Jordan Marquez Griffin, 18, 2315 Sir Lancelot Place-205, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with burglary (forced entry, dwelling), misdemeanor shoplifting and misdemeanor theft by deception.

• Bobby Glenn Hamrick, 34, 231 Brandon Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony failure to appear.

• Raymond Seth Harris Jr., 57, 3358 Oscar Nance Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with burglary (forced entry, dwelling).

• Eugenia Brooks Hazel, 39, 4147 Jacksonville St., Heflin, Alabama, was charged Thursday by the Varnell Police Department with second-degree damage to private property.

• Jeffrey Wayne Maggard, 56, 3155 Keith Road, Ringgold, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony failure to appear.

• Kody Lee Morgan, 26, 2301 Sugar Creek Road, Crandall, was charged Thursday by state probation with felony probation violation.

• Shannon Denise Phelps, 35, 144 Rogers Court, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by state probation with felony probation violation and by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with possession of a schedule 2 drug, possession of a schedule 4 drug, drugs not in original container and crossing a guard line with a weapon without consent.

• Brittany Shae Rittenhouse, 26, 2754 Dug Gap Road-Apt. 5, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation.

• Brandie Nicole Stanley, 34, 400 N. Thornton Ave.-2, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony failure to appear.

• Edward Lamar Smith, 49, 1456 Mount Vernon Road, Rocky Face, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with burglary (forced entry, dwelling).

• Dwight Hamilton Welch, 56, 2212 Kenwood Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office with felony failure to appear.

• Dusty Shane Wright, 31, 375 Classic Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff's Office with felony probation violation.

• Douglas Glenn Williams, 33, 3239 Shepard Drive, Rocky Face, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and running a red light.
