CHATSWORTH — The following people entered guilty pleas in Superior Court on Wednesday:

• Timmy Lee Boling, 42, 340B Springfield Drive, Chatsworth, to DUI. He was sentenced to 12 months, with seven days in jail and the rest on probation; to pay a $1,000 fine, court costs, surcharges and probation fees; to 80 hours community service; to attend alcohol and drug counseling; and to attend DUI school.

• Benjamin Kenneth Chapman, no address available, to possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to five years, with 90 days in jail and the rest on probation; to pay a $2,000 fine, court costs, surcharges and probation fees; to 300 hours community service; to attend alcohol and drug counseling; and to submit to random drug screens.

• Charles Conner, no address available, to theft by taking. He was sentenced to 10 years probation; to pay a $1,000 fine, court costs, surcharges and probation fees; to pay $3,000 in restitution; and to have no contact with the Adco Motel or the victim.

• Ricky Lee Deal Jr., no address available, to theft by taking a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to five years on probation and to 100 hours community service. Deal was an accomplice to the crime. The case had been placed on the dead docket, but was re-opened.

• Randell Shane Jordan, 30, 1650 Maple Grove Road, Chatsworth, to DUI. He was sentenced to 12 months, with two days in jail and the rest on probation; to pay a $750 fine, court costs, surcharges and probation fees; to 40 hours community service; to attend alcohol and drug counseling; and to attend DUI school.

• Sheila Carlene Laningham, 36, 55 Creekside Way, Chatsworth, to possession of methamphetamine. She was sentenced to five years, with 90 days in jail and the rest on probation; to pay a $2,000 fine, court costs, surcharges and probation fees; to 300 hours community service; to attend alcohol and drug counseling; and to submit to random drug screens.

• Earnest Robert McBryar, 663 Sumach Church Road, Chatsworth, to possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute. He was sentenced to 15 years, with five in prison and the rest on probation; to pay a $2,000 fine, court costs, surcharges and probation fees; to 300 hours community service; to attend alcohol and drug counseling; and to submit to random drug screens. Drug charges against co-defendant Sheila McBryar were dismissed.

• Stanley Russell Minnick, 24, 231 Rymer Road, Old Fort, Tenn., to reckless driving. He was originally charged with DUI. He was sentenced to 12 months, with two days in jail and the rest on probation; to pay a $750 fine, court costs, surcharges and probation fees; and to 40 hours community service.

• Bruce Wayne Owens, 41, 319 Stanley St., Dalton, to possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to five years, with 90 days in jail and the rest on probation; to pay a $2,000 fine, court costs, surcharges and probation fees; to 300 hours community service; to attend alcohol and drug counseling; and to submit to random drug screens.

• Armando Lupian Pulido, 22, 588 Bahamas Drive, Chatsworth, to three counts of obstruction and one count of terroristic threats and acts. He was sentenced on each obstruction count to 12 months in jail, all concurrent. He was sentenced on the terroristic threats and acts count to five years on probation, to run consecutive; to pay a $1,000 fine, court costs, surcharges and probation fees; to 100 hours community service; and to have no contact with the victim.

• Joseph Dale Stetson, 29, 1452 Fox Bridge Road, Apartment G, Dalton, to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to four years on probation; to pay a $1,500 fine, court costs, surcharges and probation fees; to 200 hours community service; to attend alcohol and drug counseling; and to submit to random drug screens.
