The Lady Bruins lost to Gilmer on the road Monday , 46-44. For Northwest, McKenzie Brueckner scored 23 points; Tionna Baker contributed 13 points, seven rebounds and five assists; and Courtney Jones had six points.

Northwest is 18-7, 10-2 Region 6-4A. The team's next game is Monday at 7:30 p.m. in the region tournament at Southeast Whitfield High School.

Harrison 57, Dalton 38

The Lady Catamounts lost to Harrison, 57-38, at home on senior night. Leading the way for Dalton were Zoe Dales and Kinsley Skiffen who each had 11 points.

The Lady Catamounts are 6-17, 3-12 Region 6-6A.

Pickens 80, Southeast Whitfield 39

In their final game of the regular season, the Lady Raiders fell to Pickens, 80-39, at home. For Southeast, Lisette Gomez scored 11 points; Jurnee Harris had eight points, 10 rebounds and three steals; Stephanie Sullivan pitched in seven points; and Madison Powell grabbed 16 rebounds.

Southeast is 6-19, 2-10 Region 6-4A and next plays in the region tournament Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Southeast.

Ringgold 54, Murray County 42

The Lady Indians dropped a home game to Ringgold, 54-42. For Murray County, Mattie Nuckolls had 18 points and 13 rebounds.

The Lady Indians are 8-15, 5-10 Region 6-3A.

Boys

Calhoun 52, Coahulla Creek 42

Coahulla Creek dropped a road game to Calhoun, 52-42. For the Colts, Riley Mutter had 11 points, Gage Seibenhener scored 10 points, Barrett Barbree contributed seven points and Sam Reed had six points.

The Colts are 9-14, 6-10 Region 6-3A.

Christian Heritage 71, Excel 53

Christian Heritage came away with the 71-53 home win over Excel Christian Academy. For the Lions, Drew Clements had 25 points, Nash Bingham scored 21 points (including five 3-pointers) and William Green pitched in 13 points.

The Lions are 19-2, 10-2 Region 6-A.

Harrison 67, Dalton 50

The Catamounts lost to Harrison at home on senior night, 67-50. For Dalton, Frank Almonte had 14 points while Ashton Blackwell and Sam White each had 11 points.

Dalton is 15-10, 9-7 Region 6-6A.

Murray County 67, Ringgold 50

Playing at home, the Indians defeated Ringgold, 67-50. For Murray County, Athan Hicks had 14 points, Haden Newport went for 13 points and seven rebounds and Ethan Jackson and Cade Petty chipped in with nine points each.

The Indians are 17-6, 9-5 Region 6-3A and host Adairsville Friday at 8:30 p.m.

Northwest Whitfield 71, Gilmer 50

Northwest won on the road over Gilmer, 71-50. For the Bruins, Blane Greene had 21 points, Kooper Pardee scored 12 points and Gage Lyon and Callen Nealey each had eight points.

The Bruins are 15-10, 10-2 Region 6-4A.

Pickens 86, Southeast Whitfield 67

The Raiders dropped their final game of the regular season at home to Pickens, 86-67.

For Southeast, Cal Rich had 19 points and 13 rebounds; Victor Arrellin had nine points and 10 rebounds; and Job Willis had nine rebounds.

The Raiders are 0-24, 0-12 Region 6-4A. They next play in the region tournament Tuesday at Southeast.
