Dalton split its final two regular-season region match after it lost to Sequoyah, 8-25, 12-25 and defeated Sprayberry, 25-7, 25-9 on Tuesday night.

Tessa Townsend had six kills, eight assists, 10 digs, one block and seven aces for the Lady Catamounts (19-16, 4-4 in Region 6-6A). Kaysen Welsh had six kills, seven assists, seven digs and two aces, while Sarah Jane Halyak had five kills, one assist and two blocks. Chloe Swaney finished with four assists, nine digs and one ace.

Dalton hosts Sonoraville at 5 p.m. on Thursday.

Northwest Whitfield 3, Cartersville 1

Northwest picked up a win at Cartersville on Tuesday in a best three-out-of-five match in four sets, 25-14, 25-21, 20-25, 25-19.

Emma Allen finished with 10 kills and 15 assists for the Lady Bruins (26-6, 5-1 in Region 6-4A), while Kiersten Maynard had 10 kills, eight digs and nine aces. Kiara Hughes added 11 assists, and Emma Hayes finished with seven kills and six digs.

Northwest plays at the Blessed Trinity Serve for the Cure Tournament on Saturday.

Model 2, Coahulla Creek 0

Coosa 2, Coahulla Creek 0

Coahulla Creek dropped two matches on Tuesday to Coosa, 25-11, 25-10 and to Model, 25-16, 25-20.

Ema Turner finished with two aces and two kills, while Brooklyn Jacobs had two aces, one kill and two assists for the Lady Colts (5-21). Jacey Callahan, Jamiry Martinez and Skyla Stafford each had one ace and two kills, and Haley Marie had six digs for the night.

Coahulla Creek plays in a tri-match with Calhoun beginning at 5 p.m. on Thursday at Darlington.
