Northwest kept its region record perfect for the season with wins on Tuesday night over LaFayette, 25-20, 26-24, and Ridgeland in three sets, 20-25, 25-19, 15-12.

Emma Allen led the Lady Bruins (21-4, 4-0 in Region 6-4A) with 17 kills, 20 assists, five blocks and nine digs. Kiersten Maynard finished with nine kills, four blocks, nine digs and five aces, while Emma Hayes had nine kills and nine digs. Kiara Hughes added 15 assists, while Nicole Thurman had six blocks.

Northwest travels to Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe for a match a 6 p.m. on Thursday.

Allatoona 2, Dalton 0

River Ridge 2, Dalton 1

Dalton dropped two region games Tuesday night to Allatoona, 14-25, 16-25, and River Ridge in three sets, 20-25, 25-23, 7-15.

Kaysen Welsh finished with five kills, 12 assists, 16 digs and two aces for the Lady Catamounts (12-9, 3-3 in Region 6-6A). Tessa Townsend had three kills, nine assists, eight digs and one ace, while Janayah Christopher had three kills, one assist, three digs, three aces and three blocks. Sarah Jane Halyak added five kills, one dig and two blocks.

Dalton travels to Christian Heritage at 5 p.m. on Thursday for a tri-match with LaFayette.

Heritage 2, Southeast Whitfield 0

Red Bank 2, Southeast Whitfield 0

Southeast lost to Heritage on Tuesday night, 16-25, 8-25, and to Red Bank, 13-25, 15-25.

AnnaMaria Ramsey finished with three kills and two blocks for the Lady Raiders (3-19, 0-3 in Region 6-4A). Stephanie Sullivan had five digs, and Anna Boyd had six digs.

Southeast plays a tri-match at Ringgold at 5 p.m. on Thursday with Fannin County.

Ringgold 2, Coahulla Creek 0

Murray County 2, Coahulla Creek 0

Coahulla Creek lost to Ringgold, 25-6, 25-10, and Murray County, 26-24, 25-18 on Tuesday night in two region matches.

Brooklyn Jacobs led the Lady Colts 4-18, 0-3 in Region 6-3A) with four kills, three assists, one ace and one dig. Skyla Stafford had four kills and two digs, while Jacey Callahan had three kills. Marlee Fossett and Kiersten Hixson each had one ace.

Coahulla Creek is off until it hosts Darlington and Morris Innovative at 5 p.m. on Sept. 26.

Mount Bethel 3, Christian Heritage 0

Christian Heritage fell to Mount Bethel in a best three-out-of-five match on Tuesday, 21-25, 12-25, 14-25.

Caitlin Brock had seven assists, nine kills and two aces for the Lady Lions (11-12, 2-4 in Region 6-A). Sophia Waugh finished with six digs, seven assists and six kills, while Amelia White had five digs, two kills and one ace. Gracie Hill had 14 digs. Amariah Simmons chipped in with three digs, one kill, one ace and one block. Athena Critides finished with four digs and one kill.

Christian Heritage hosts Dalton and LaFayette for a tri-match at 5 p.m. on Thursday.

Monday results

Christian Heritage 3, Darlington 2

Christian Heritage outlasted Darlington on Monday in a best three-out-of-five match after dropping the first two sets, 21-25, 19-25, 25-22, 25-22, 15-12.

Brock led the team with 16 kills and 28 assists, while Waugh had 15 kills, 27 assists, six aces and nine digs. White had 10 kills, seven digs and two aces, while Hill added 14 digs and one kill.
